Take Your Workouts Outside!

We’re very lucky here at ActivZone Gym to have such a wonderful source of workout space right on our doorstep! Stoke park is Guildford’s largest park and has plenty of beautiful open green space for you to exercise on. Twice round the perimeter of Stoke park will give you a flat, scenic 5k route for a run and you can even stop of at Stoke Park’s very own fitness trail on the way round. If running isn’t your thing, that’s okay! There is over 50 hectares of open space to allow you to accommodate for your very own body weight circuit.

Here’s an example of a quick and easy, all over body weight circuit you can do outside in the sunshine to finish off your ActivZone Gym workout, view the link below each exercise to watch a demonstration on how to execute each exercise effectively and efficiently:
